Beat License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of beats ("Instrumentals") purchased from Jnr Iroha Beats. By purchasing a beat, you agree to the terms of the applicable license tier.

License Tiers

Basic Lease

From ₦25

Includes

MP3 Tagged File

Non-exclusive rights

Up to 2,500 streams

Up to 5,000 free downloads

1 music video allowed

Usage Rights

Must credit: Prod. by Jnr Iroha

Non-commercial use only

Cannot claim ownership of beat

Cannot sell/sub-license beat

Premium Lease

From ₦75

Includes

WAV + MP3 Files

Non-exclusive rights

Up to 50,000 streams

Up to 50,000 downloads

2 music videos allowed

Radio broadcast rights

Usage Rights

Must credit: Prod. by Jnr Iroha

Commercial release allowed

Cannot claim ownership of beat

Cannot sell/sub-license beat

Exclusive Rights

From ₦300

Includes

WAV + MP3 + Stems (trackout)

Exclusive worldwide rights

Unlimited streams

Unlimited downloads

Full broadcast rights

Beat removed from store

Usage Rights

Credit preferred: Prod. by Jnr Iroha

Full commercial rights

No stream/download caps

Beat reserved exclusively for you

General Terms

Regardless of license tier:

Jnr Iroha retains the master copyright of all instrumentals.
Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be shared or sold to third parties.
Using a beat beyond the scope of your license without upgrading constitutes copyright infringement.
Leases (Basic/Premium) allow multiple artists to purchase the same beat simultaneously.
Exclusive licenses remove the beat from sale permanently once purchased.
