1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Jnr Iroha Beats, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or purchase any beats.

2. Beat Licensing

All beats sold on this platform are subject to the specific license agreement attached to each purchase. There are three license tiers:

• Basic Lease: Non-exclusive rights for limited distribution (up to 2,500 streams). Producer credit required.
• Premium Lease: Non-exclusive rights for larger distribution (up to 50,000 streams). Producer credit required.
• Exclusive Rights: Full exclusive ownership of the beat. Beat is removed from the store permanently.

3. Payment

All transactions are processed securely via Flutterwave. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

4. Delivery

Upon successful payment, purchased files will be made available for immediate download. Jnr Iroha Beats is not responsible for any delays caused by payment processing errors.

5. Intellectual Property

All beats, instrumentals, and audio content on this platform are the intellectual property of Jnr Iroha. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of beats without an active license is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use purchased beats for:

• Content promoting hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
• Reselling or re-licensing beats to third parties
• Claiming the beat as your own original composition

7. Limitation of Liability

Jnr Iroha Beats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of beats purchased on this platform, beyond the amount paid for the specific license.

8. Changes to Terms
