Refund Policy

Important Notice

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. No Refund Policy

All beat purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the files have been downloaded. This is because digital music files cannot be "returned" once delivered.

2. Exceptions

We will issue a refund or credit in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same beat twice, we will refund the duplicate within 7 days.
  • File Delivery Failure: If you paid but never received your download link or files, we will either re-deliver or refund within 48 hours.
  • Exclusive Conflict: If an exclusive beat was sold to more than one buyer simultaneously due to a technical error, both buyers will be refunded and compensated.
  • Corrupt Files: If the delivered files are unplayable or corrupted, we will re-deliver or refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions above:

  1. Email jnriroha@gmail.com with subject: "Refund Request"
  2. Include your order/transaction ID and proof of purchase
  3. Describe the issue clearly
  4. We will respond within 48 hours

4. License Upgrade

If you purchased a Basic or Premium lease and wish to upgrade to a higher tier, we will apply your original purchase price as a credit toward the upgrade. Contact us before the upgrade purchase to arrange this.

5. Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to revoke your license and report the incident to the relevant authorities. We prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out first.
